By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

GENERAL TERMS
ABOUT COMMUNICATION AND TIMEFRAME
• To make the process easier for both of us, please submit references along with your descriptions. The more detailed the description is (including a character's expression, attitude, mood, etc) the better.• If you have any revisions for each stage, please keep them in one message so I can find them easily.• Commissions will take around 1-2 months to complete. However, don't hesitate to ask about progress!• Keep in mind that while I'll be working on your commission, I might draw and post other things on my social media. This is usually done as practice or warm-ups.
ABOUT THE CREATION PROCESS
‣ I will start working on the commission once I've recieved at least half of the payment.‣ SKETCH STAGE: I will send out sketches and make any requested changes. I will allow 2 revisions in this stage.‣ LINEART STAGE: After the sketch is approved by the client, I will work on the lineart and flat colors. I will allow 1 revision in this stage. This is the last time I'll be accepting any revisions where the lineart has to be redrawn.‣ FINAL STAGE: I will work on the final, full version. You'll get to see a preview in lower quality, and I will only allow changes that are about colors/shading.‣ Final product in full quality is sent to the client's email after the payment.
ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
‣ I will always do my best to make commissioners happy. However, I will not allow any changes other than the ones detailed in "ABOUT THE CREATION PROCESS" without charging more for them. Please be clear in what you're aiming for in your commission as to avoid an unnecessary number of revisions.
REGARDING COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
• I retain all rights to my own art.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work in portfolios. When it comes to posting a commissioner's OC in social media, I'll do so upon their request.• Any character(s) depicted in the commissioned work belong to their owners.• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Do NOT resell or use for AI training.• You can post your commission anywhere as long as you don't claim you drew it yourself. Crediting is appreciated, but not obligatory.
By commissioning me, you accept that you have read and agreed to these terms, with no exceptions.
About the payment
I accept PayPal or Ko-fi.
Prices are in USD.
I require at least half of the payment to start the commission.
Backgrounds like a color/simple pattern have no cost.
ABOUT CANCELLATIONS: a full refund will be given if the client cancels before the sketch has been sent. If the client cancels the commission after approving the sketch, a refund will not be given.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.
